Job Description Our client is based in Aberdeen city centre and they have an immediate vacancy for an Accounts Assistant. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Photocopy sales invoices. · Posting of purchase payments. · Invoicing of reimbursable expenses. · Sales invoicing (Monthly PAYE & Limited Company contractors). · Filing sales and purchase invoices. · Checking of excel sales invoice spreadsheet. · Banking and printing daily bank reports · Bank Reconciliations · Completion of monthly PAYE control sheets. · Checking/printing of faxes, timesheets, invoices etc. · Posting PAYE payments. · General admin/filing. · Payroll journal month-end accounts. · Holiday pay/net pay reconciliations. The successful candidate will be a hard working individual who can work as a team as well as on their own.
