Illustro are currently recruiting for a credit controller to work for a large organisation based in Aberdeen.
The successful candidate will have experience within a financial environment and preferably in a credit control function. You will be computer literate with excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to plan and organise your workload effectively and be able to demonstrate an ability to make decisions within designated guidelines.
Duties will include chasing debt via written and verbal communication, dealing with queries, placing accounts on stop, sending out invoices and statements, carrying out credit checks and posting cash to the ledger.
Working with pace and urgency, reacting enthusiastically and flexibly to change whilst supporting colleagues are key for this role. You need to be able to make a high volume of calls, be able to prioritise your work and have excellent communication skills along with a pleasant telephone manner.
This is a long term temporary position working for one of Scotland’s leading providers of commercial property services, rate of pay up to £14 per hour depending on experience and the position is available immediately.
