The opportunity is to work as a permanent Field Service Engineer. The job will include - Conducting technical analysis of product implementation, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with customer specifications and implementations Achieving service targets set by management Developing new service contracts Troubleshooting a wide range of technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications and recommending actions to company or customer for coordinated product solution. Installing, operating, repairing and modifying complex, technical equipment with minimal supervision Assessing customer product needs You may conduct technical training, seminars, and product briefings with customers, vendors and company representatives Act as local on-site representative to customer’s organization and Maintains a high level of technical and application competence
